TASK: Among the barriers of communication, choose one (1) that you always encounter. Then comment how you avoid this barrier to achieve effective communication.

The Emotional barriers and taboos, whenever I'm talking to other people as much as possible, I'm calm not feeling any bad emotions so that me and that person can communicate effectively and can understand each other properly. Also I always make sure that people I'm going to talk to is okay and he/she is feeling well.

  2. Emotional barriers and taboos: I try to avoid feeling upset or upset when I speak with others, as this allows us to properly comprehend and interact with one another. Additionally, I always make sure the person I'm going to speak with is well and okay.

Lack of attention, interst, distraction or irrelevance to the receiver, when I speak sometimes or share sometimes they are not interested in what I say or they are listening but their attention is on the cellphone, that's why I don't continue what I'm saying or I open another topic that interests them

  4. Lack of attention, interest, distraction, or irrelevance to the receiver. Sometimes when talking to someone while you yap about your interest and their not paying attention or interested on what you are saying it affects the one who is talking, the sender might feel off or embarrassed because the receiver don't even pay attention on what he/she saying.

  5. Barriers and emotional taboos: whenever I have someone to talk to I make sure that he is calm so that our conversation is calm and to understand each other

    2. cultural differences I try to use the culture only when we have the same culture when I don't use their culture so that we can understand each other well

Lack of attention, interst, distraction or irrelevance to the receiver, I either stop talking to them when I speak or share something since they occasionally show no interest in what I have to say or listen to me while focusing on my phone. Instead, I go on to something else that piques their interest.

  8. I always encounter the Lack of attention, interest, distractions, or irrelevance to the receiver. To avoid this, keep the message clear, concise, relevant, and focus on topics that engage the listener.

    Every time I speak, the receivers are not listening; we can see that they are looking at me, but their intention is not to listen. So sometimes, I don't want to bring up a backup topic because they are not interested in what I'm saying

  10. Cultural Differences, I try to avoid using my cultural language whenever I talk to other people. I use the language in which we can understand each other to avoid our misunderstanding.

Lack of attention, interest, or distraction or Irrevelance to the reciever I always encounter this when I'm talking and the person I'm talking to seems like he's not interested in listening to me, you see him looking at you but he's not listening, maybe he's doing something else that's why he's not listening

  14. To achieve effective communication, I avoid Lack of attention, interest, distractions, or irrelevance to the receiver by understanding your audience's needs, using clear and concise language, capturing their attention, minimizing distractions, and ensuring relevance to their lives or work.

  16. Emotional Barrier , I focus on active listening and patience. I make sure to pay close attention to the speaker, ask clarifying questions if needed, and avoid making assumptions about what they are saying.anger, anxiety, or frustration can cloud judgment and prevent effective communication. For instance, when someone is upset, they might misinterpret messages or find it difficult to express themselves clearly.

  17. Lack of attention, interest, distraction, or errelevance to the reciever, when I talk to them sometimes they don't listen or their attention is on something else because they are not interested in what I am saying so I don't continue what I am saying or I change the topic that interests them

  18. Lack of attention, interest, distractions, or irrelevance to the receiver; sometimes misunderstandings start with these, they misinterpret what you say because of lack of attention or distractions.
